I live in Ireland and when I was looking to get a panther chameleon I've been told from Screameleons that they only ship in the USA.
You can have some luck trying in the Uk..

don't know about shipping and such....i have to find out for sure what is allowed in italy in the first place...but here's the site someone else mentioned...it's a start at least...
