So, I am due for some more cricket food, wondering whether I should get Dinofuel or Superload?? I really want Kuzco's colors to be like in your face if a gutload will help with that :D He's already got it good by himself, but if I can help I would love to :D

DinoFuel is a great choice and it works very well. Remember diversity is key, and be sure to feed your bugs organic veggies, nuts, and seeds along with a dry gutload. Some people mix the two, but there really is no need to do so. You can type it in the search engine here and find a lot of information.

Oh, btw, the mods will probably move this to the feeder / food section to keep the forum organized. So keep that in mind if you can't find your post.

Have a great holiday!

Thanks! I have a bunch of fruits and veggies :) Just running out of my Repashy :) Crickets eat that stuff up like crazy!!

Thanks! I'll remember that :D

Have a great Thanksgiving :D

I give my bugs EVERYTHING :p like tonight they have bug burger cooked and uncooked collard/ green mustard greens/ orange slices/ butternut squash/ both dino fuels/ and cricket crack. Both the roaches and the crickets eat all of it in a day :D

I believe it! You can give the bug burger and such dry!?! I thought you always gotta cook it??

Can you give crickets cranberry sauce??

I use both dino fuel and super load
Tom, I find the super load more ground up compaired to your brand but nothing a reblend could not sort out, both to me smell Similar to curry or a takeaway meal over hear in the uk, maby they add Marrigold to the takeout to get people to love it more lol

I think alot of people that use the bug burger give it cooked and uncooked. I havent had any issues with it not being mixed up with water. As for the cranberry sauce I have no clue if it is ok or not sorry.

I use the bug burger & my roaches go crazy for it dry.I've cooked it for the crickets, but they too seem to attack it better if it's dry

Interesting, it is pure powder form. The curry smell comes from the different ingredients like the turmeric and dandelion. There shouldn't be a need for a reblend of any sort. Even if there was a few shreds of marigold it isn't hurting anything and still wouldn't need reblended. The crickets do not care if there are shreds of dried marigold flowers remaining from time to time. I know the marigold flower pedals are the peskiest to grind and they turn up in the batch here and there, but that is perfectly okay.

No need to add water to it or anything else. Simply serve it on a vegetable, nuts, seeds or by itself. Here is a sample pic of how DinoFuel Raptor Edition looks:
