Disenfect?

Hi all, I worked up the strength to go clean out Nemo's cage one last time, and I was wondering how I should disenfect his vines/leaves? I'm planning on getting a new cham soon, and I don't want it to get sick.

Plants, use soap and water. For the vines pour boiling water on them. I've also used a 1:1 white vinegar:water solution without any ill effects on the vines.

EDIT: just make sure to rinse rinse rinse everything extra no matter what you are using!

That should be fine. Be sure to take a rag and scrub the artificial plans free of any fecal matter weather from the the feeders or animal its self and rinse it and re-rinse it again and again just to be sure it's clean
