Dislocated shoulder blade??

I woke up this morning to give James his usual warm misting and feeding and noticed a lump pushing his skin upwards. It looks like his shoulder blade may have popped out of its socket. Any ideas?

Is he moving that arm? If he does can you see the bump move also?

If hes moving the arm, it could be a cyst or something like that.

I would go to a vet to ask.
