Hey everyone, we have a 7-8 month old veiled that hangs out on a jungle gym type of thing outside her cage (for excercise and space) and she's been blowing up and doing this thing: see attached photo.

Just wondering what's going on.

Being that it is not in her enclosure which is a space she may consider her territory and more comfortable with, taking her out may be stressing her and causing her to be a little more defensive then usual.

Oh, she comes out to explore entirely on her own. When we get home, we open her cage door and she is ready to go explore, we never take her out, only put her back into her cage.

Also, should add it's only during the day she displays this kind of behavior.
