Does anyone have any experience with their customer service and replacement policies ??
I ordered their large cage end of last week, and it came in today damaged, missing half the hardware... I sent them an email with pictures, and I’m not expecting an email back until probably Monday but this is such a bummer !
I was super excited to get it together this weekend, and start measuring out a drainage system and new plants 3;
