Do most of you use reptical w/ d3?

Is this what everyone uses, at my pet store they have a few different kinds but I figured this was best. I usually feedmy Cham 2-3 times a week. I will put them in a cricket keeper to gutload and then feed them to my Cham. When I use the reptile cal I don't gutload them because it's easier to just keep the crickets in the bag and put in some reptical and shake and feed, this is done once a week. Does this sound good?

repcal is a good brand. You still need to gutload when dusting. A lot of the other vitamins and protein comes from the gutload. Supplementation is an addition to feeding gutloaded feeders.

Firstly, Ryan mentioned the importance of gutloading. That cannot be underemphasised. I would never skip gutloading in favour of supplementation. In fact, most of the experienced keepers would prefer to get their gutloading right in order to avoid having to supplement as much.

And remember that a good supplementation schedule involves using ALL three of the following types of supplements:
- pure calcium WITHOUT D3 (used at most feedings)
- pure calcium WITH D3 (used less frequently, 2-4 times per month, more or less depending on how much unfiltered, natural sunlight the cham gets)
- a good multi-vitamin (once or twice a month)

As for which brand to use, the RepCal brand seems to be recommended the most (which includes their Herptivite multi-vitamin).

If you use crickets a lot you should get a 10-20 gal aquarium. Cricket keepers are a pain imo. your feeders should always be gutloaded when possible though. Also, D3 shouldnt be used a lot, especially if they get sun at all. There are posts here about dangers of overdoing it. I use w/o D3 most of the time, w/d3 about 2-3 times a month.
