Do you dream in Chameleon?

I waited to post this thread because I was afraid people would think I've gone a little wacky... But here goes.

Since I've gotten Gizmo (my male Ambanja)... Almost every dream that I've had has got a chameleon in it somewhere.

Last night the dream was about finding this enormous Pothos plant for Gizmo (it had to be 10 feet tall)... I took it but as dreams sometimes go... I couldn't get it in my car.

Other dreams are not as frustrating but sometimes downright scary... Like the one where he was being attacked by dust bunnies. :eek:

Anyone else have this happen to them or am I just plain nuts?
 
Yeah had 1 last night it was werid....its like my 3rd dream with my cham in it. LoL i had one where i went outside and i looked into my tree and saw bunch of panthers and veilds i tryied 2 grab then all LOL...XD
 
I had a dream that I pulled over cause I saw something on the side of the road, I opened my car door and saw that it was a massive, male veiled who was drowning in mud. I pulled him out and wiped him off and drove him home, where he kept trying to espcape and go back outside. It was a weird dream. That is the one that sticks out in my mind the most. Considering at least 60% of my day I have Chams on the mind, it is not suprising I do dream about them. Shoot I day dream about what cham I want next every day!
 
I only had one dream about cham so far and it happened like 4 days ago!
I had a dream about a female veiled chameleon was on top of a wall about 12 ft high. It was bright green walking around. Then she saw a panther cham which was an ambilobe.. All of the sudden the female veiled turn bright red and some green were fading. The ambilobe approach her and was going to mount her. I was like holy cow a panther mating with a veiled.. thank god i woke up after that. I would think i need professional help if I ever dream of chameleons doing it.
 
lol.. Back then (when I have my first chameleon), i usually have nightmare finding something wrong with him -e.g: making a clicking noise, etc etc.

now i don't have that many.
Last dream that I have is building a giant tropical green house complete with rain and misting machine (sort of like Suliman's green house in Howl's Moving Castle) and have about hundreds of crazy looking panthers in it.

So I am not crazy then! I just finished setting up my chams and I've been dreaming chams almost every day for the past 2 weeks! Also a good part of the day I am thinking about new things to add and to improve my breeding proyect. Well, I guess I came to the right place then ;)
 
Hahahahah. I have had quite a few dreams that I can remember. One is where I find this persons yard that is filled with huge trees. Every tree has a different species in it and I can pick any I want. Of course I wake up with no chams and am kinda dissapointed. Also I have had one many times where I find an underground cave in a pet store where there are tons of jacksons running around hahahahaha.
 
I've dreamt that I opened one of my cricket bins to find hundreds of tiny chameleons hopping around.

I've dreamt several times that I've forgotten to feed the chams for days. Run into their room (in my dream) to find them still alive.

I've dreamt that I've taken our male veiled Guido to town with me, and accidentally left him somewhere.

Most of my chameleon dreams seem to be my brain working out some sort of hidden anxiety.
 
i had this one 2 night ago when i woke up, and saw 2 baby veiled chams trying to eat my bearded dragon, and my male veiled was laying eggs while all of this was going on. it was my first cham dream and by far the creepiest.
 
LOL Great thread! Ive had a few...like everyone I've dreamt of finding hundreds of chams...The one that sticks the most is where I came home from work and my wife had taken apart my veilds enclosure and put him with my Panther. I was so pissed at herLOL:D
 
I had a dream I saw the most beautiful Panther chameleon in the world. It was like finding treasure. It was all sorts of awesome colors. It was very pleasant.:D

i had about 50 of them running around in my living room , all a different weirdo species, one had a casque that looked like the top of a cocktails feathers and another one had fur on it with the colors of an ambilobe, another had the nose of a hog or flyriver turtle.. its was a sweet dream :)
