does my chameleon look healthy?

hey! thanks for your criticism, i actually appreciate it. i know i'm not doing stuff right for my cham but i am really trying on some things despite the fact that it might not look like i am here. i know i need to be spoken to more firmly sometimes, and you've done a great job helping me.
You're clearly a strong girl, you need to speak up for yourself more too. You apologized for getting upset with your parents in the last post, but that anger comes from passion. Dont apologize for being passionate and standing up for other living creatures. If you're going to get angry about anything, that's a good thing to get angry about. Parents like to act like they know everything, but they dont. I know someone suggested earlier that you show your parents these forums, but maybe it will be beneficial for the both of you to sit down at a computer together and do the research together as a family.

that sounds awesome thanks so much

sounds great, thanks again! i've worked on branches and plants already. after getting kinda upset with my parents and talking them into helping me more with husbandry they agreed to everything except the light and fogger. the only reason they wont get the light is still the lady that works in the store i mentioned. i have no idea what her problem is, honestly if she was so interested in selling me an animal i dont get why she wouldnt want to sell me something that is expensive too. the only problem i have with the umbrella play is that i dont have much room left in her cage, but i'll still try. i do have a question. would a LARGE bowl work for a lay bin? like large as in so big i'd have to move stuff out of her cage to make it fit. my family cooks for fun alot so i have some pretty big bowls that i think would work as a lay bin. btw i know i probably shouldnt have gotten upset with my parents, but the fact that they dont listen to me sometimes pisses me off. this is irrelevant but i've started asking if i can play certain explicit songs when i help clean our church, they say sure. just thought i'd mention that as an example of them not listening
No she will need a lay bin that is at least 12x12x10 inches deep at the least. Read that link I gave you. While your parents may not understand trust me they try. Do you have access to a printer? I can private message you some stuff to show them so they understand why you need the better lighting.

but would it work if the bowl matched those measurements? just asking cause i watched some videos where pretty much the people just used a pot as a bin. i do have access to a printer. that would be great!

Oh yes hun... You can use anything as long as it is the right size. :) Avoid metal though. Think plastic. I will pull some stuff together and private message you. Then you can print stuff off and present your case for why the lighting is incorrect and why you have to have the correct lighting. :)

Your young and I know criticism and advice can come come across as mean and judgemental. Understand that we just want whats best for your chameleon. Hopefully what makes your chameleon happy will make you happy. But also understand that when advice is given act on it, especially since most of us apparently have great memory! Keep us updated on your progress! Everyone makes mistakes, just fix this one before it ends up hurting your Cham. :)
