Her balance is way off and today she was sitting on the bottom of cage

Neurological signs appear first before actual bone changes, because first there is an imbalance of calcium in the blood before it starts depleting it from the bones, so you are going to see trembling, shaking, imbalance, etc, so you definitely need to see a vet and treat for MBD (though only a vet can actually diagnose), but there are things you can do on your own as well, like what I mentioned in the PM.
