Does this guy look healthy

I saw this guy today and he was so friendly and was begging to come out. I just want your guys opinion on if he looks healthy. I don't know how old he is.

He is at a reptile store near me. They said they have an employee that breeds them and this is one of his. They had 2 other adult males from him and one is free range and the other is in a cage but both are bright color and look amazing. This guy's was just so friendly and came right to me. When I was holding him he just hung out.
