Doesn't like new cage

hello all! I have recent put Darwin, my 6 month old veiled, into his new cage. He seems really upset about the move, but he was outgrowing his old cage. He doesn't seem to want to spend his time basking, but instead is spending it going down towards the bottom. His temperatures are normal, 85-90 basking and about 68-72 at the bottom and his humidity is normal as well, about 50 between mistings. Is it normal for a chameleon to be like this after a big move? Is he just exploring his cage when he's at the bottom?

It's normal for some chams to freak out after a move. As long as all is well with the habitat, just let him be for a while. He needs to get comfortable with his new place.
