Don't know what's going on.

I fed my chameleon yesterday morning and she was moving around all fine no problems. I got home later last night and she was dragging her back legs and the one is really swollen. I don't believe it would be MBD as I dust her crickets every day and she has a good diet. Could this of been from her falling and braking her leg?

Definitely looks like her leg is swollen and I highly doubt It's from MBD, especially if she was fine the day before. I would take her to the vet as soon as possible.

Looks broken to me. It's not MBD. Limit her movement if you can. On the other hand if she is moving around ok despite it (nature tends to keep on trucking) then just make her comfortable until the vet visit. By that I mean bring the water to her, bring the food to her, etc etc.
