Many people put the their drippers on top of the screen cage. I use a cooking rack on top of mine so I don't damage the screen.

I got 1/4 inch soaker hose at Lowes and connected it to my Mist King pump. I put 4 feet of soaker hose into a circle in the top of each cage (inside), when it activates, it is a monsoon, much like the Rain Dome but not taking up room on top of the cage.

CHEERS!

This sounds good.

Have you got any pictures of that setup, Nick?

I can't stand the little/big drippers. They're a pain in the butt to set up everyday.

I had a saltwater reef tank years ago and it needed a kalk drip everyday. I thought, there's got to be an easier way. I then researched hospital IV drip machines, which would be perfect. I found doser pumps and bought one, it worked like a charm.

There's no reason it wouldn't work for a drip system. I'm going to purchase one and just use the mistking bucket to supply the water. It is nice because you can set it on a timer and let it go.

I have a light rack made of pvc that I hang my little dripper from. It is not the most elegant thing ever, but it works great and keeps the weight off of the screen top.
