Dubia Roaches

It would seem that my Panther Chameleon Leo has no idea that roaches are a nice food item. He's been staring at one in his bowl for ages now! He seems to only like locusts

I agree. Dubias are notorious for not moving.

It's moving around in the pot and i've tried offering it to him on tweezers but still nothing ??

He could just not like them. Some chams love dubia and some want nothing to do with them.

You can try mixing them in with other feeders and maybe Leo will get one by accident and then take to them.

A lot of Chams just don't like them.

When I give my cham something new and he does not want to try it I will mix the new feeder in with some ones I know he likes. So far that has always worked for me.

Leo has only eaten locusts since we've had him , doesn't like silk worms so not sure how to keep the locusts from hopping off too quickly as he only feeds when they're free in his house and he hurts for them.
