Dubia Roaches

Hi! Finally decided that I’d order some Dubia Roaches and see how Pascal likes them. I ordered medium size ones and I have a male chameleon who is about 5-6 months. I just wanted to know how many I should feed those? Especially if I decide to mix them with his crickets he always gets in the morning. I already feed him 10 crickets every morning and he always finishes them.

Roaches are a lot more meaty than crickets. I substitute one medium roach for 5 medium crickets...give or take.

Ps I do discoids so not sure if their medium is bigger or smaller than dubias
