Dubia temp stabalizing?

how to you guys keep you bins at 95 degrees if you stack them any pics or ideas.
 
I don't think you have to keep that high of a temp. I know they recommend 75-95 but a simple heat matt like

produces 90 degree temps. If you placed your enclosure on a heat mat similiar you would produce ideal temperatures for fast breeding. Especially since they don't have any subtrate (they're pretty much on the mat). You could also throw in some ceramic heaters if you absolutely had to have them at 95.

I don't breed dubia roaches tho. So this isn't really a reputable solution or reply. Just my 2 cents from what I've read and heard.
 
does the whole tank have to be at desired temp or just the floor because to get temps (just say 89) half way up the tub then the floor will have to be alot hotter.
