Dubia vs. Lobster roachs?

which one is a better feeder? how do i start a colony? what do i feed them?

I have raised both i personally like dubia better because they get a bit larger and can't climb walls like lobsters can.

out of the two, dubia are better, but turkestans are the best nutrition wise.

Dubia will be way better because lobsters can climb and can get into small sapces but dubia's are bigger and they can't climb.

To answer your question on starting a colony, you just need a large enough bin, with ventilation, heat, and lots of egg crates or paper towel rolls, feed them anything youd gutload crickets with except calcium and cucumber. You can also feed them dog/cat food if you want them to breed faster but you have to wait a day or two and feed normal gutload before feeding them to your chameleon.
