I should have taken a picture for tonight. Mom decided to clean out the fridge really well tonight, and we realized some of our fruit and veggies we had just recently bought were stored in the incorrect part of our fridge so they had started to go bad quicker than they should have. Then we also had some zucchini and honeydew melon left over from meals today.
So water source for tonight included a healthy handful of strawberries that had, had the bad parts cut away (that means moldy or parts that had turned unsavory colors even for roaches) all their tops stayed, a nice chunk of honeydew melon including the rind (which will be eaten from my experience and serving melons to the roaches), and about a quarter of a medium sized zucchini. With about a half a cup of dry chow/gutload that I feed my roaches every night and make myself.
