Oats/bran potentially block nutrient absorption, good idea to be used at a minimum.I also give my feeders rolled oats / oatmeal but think I'm going to switch that to oatl bran maybe make little oat bran honey / bee pollen flakes
I think oats can work well as a maintenance food alongside other things. I just don't think it's a good idea to overload your feeders with them, like with beddings with superworms and such.Thanks @James000 just seen it for locusts ( would it be OK as a mantience or as you mentioned in moderation or just avoid ?

Yup, my veiled actually prefers them right after a molt. They are softer and the white color grabs attentionInteresting. Maybe they darken after a little while?
