Dusting and supplement questions

I would like to know how often I should be dusting my crickets? I have the Rep-Cal calcium with D3 and the Rep-Cal herptivite. I also read that I need to gutload my crickets as well. What kinds of food should I use to gutload the crickets and what other types of food should I offer her(worms, roaches, etc.)? Also, is there a link that may contain a feeding schedule? My cham is a 3 month old veiled.

You need to get calcium without D3 and use that everyother time that you feed. Use the calcium with D3 twice a month and the multi once a month. Gut load everytime. At her age I would feed her everyday. Crickets are good also silk worms are excellent..... flies and super worms are good too.

So I dust the crickets with each powder separately, because on the back of the calcium container it says the mix the calcium D3 with the herptivite?

Dust the freeder prior to actually feeding them to your cham. The key word here is "dust"; put the feeder in a ziplock with a pinch of dust and give it a few shakes. Dust, don't coat.

No, do not mix the dusts.

Their is some debate as to exactly how often to use D3 and multi's (or the use of them period for that matter), but I would suggest following the dusting schedule that Jannb has offered. It is the most commonly accepted schedule.
