When i dust them they're white, and i put them in and about 3 hours later they are normal color again, is he still geting his supplements?

The dust falls off so the answer sadly is no. At least not as much as you think.

I cup feed my dusted feeders then free range a few to let her hunt. This way I know for sure that she got her supplements.

That what i figured, mine is used to hunting, im trying to get him to cup feed but he is more iterested in hunting ones, but he doesnt seem to eat a whole lot of them i have 2 cups(5 each) and about 10 crickets runing around

He is 2 and a half months

How about you try to hand-feed him or with a pair of tweezers?
That´s the best way to make sure he gets his supplements.
I´d use this method for crickets anyway, as they can cause massive damage to a cham when they can move through the cage freely.
In order to keep him busy you can use flies as they are not very nutritious so he won´t get fat easily from hunting them.

I use to buy maggots in fishing-stores or in petstores if they have some.
Then simply place the box with the maggots in a warm (not hot) location and after a few days they´ll become cocoons which hatch a few days later.
You should then gutload the flies with apple and honey.
It helps to keep the maggots in a cricket-box which is sealed with one "leg" of a pair of those rally fine, nearly invisible tights. Simply cut off one of the "legs" on both sides, seal the box and make a knot with the open end.
This way you can release them better without having much of the escape.
Also put the box in the refrigerator for a few minutes before you exchange their food, otherwise a lot of them will get lost.
