Its winter now so i have no chance of finding any lol but come spring and summer time is it ok to feed my Chams Earth Worms i dig up from my own garden as a treat now and again ?

imo there not a good choice.
they could hold parasites. also there pretty different and not natural to what a chameleon is used to eating being as they live underground and all
