Find a place that does lots of breakfasts and arrange to come by and pick up their egg crate.
Honestly, you won't be able to keep up with how much they generate so maybe just ask them to save a week's worth for you.
Long ago I worked at a college cafeteria and every morning I would come in at 5am and crack 6 flats of eggs to be used for "scrambled" eggs.
We would use another 5 or 6 flats for "eggs to order" every day.
(a "flat" is 12 eggs by 12 eggs)
Alternatively, the feed store I get my guinea pig hay from has egg crate for sale, you might check around for "feed stores".
