Egg hatching

Once again I seek knowledge from the magic of Internet and want some first hand advice on what todo and how todo this chameleon parent-hood. Haha. So my chameleon Azula laid 29 eggs at the size of dimes and all seem fertile and are about the size of quarters now, maybe little bigger, she laid them sometime in January or February, and I want to know when will I know they are truly ready to hatch, if there even is a way, and what todo with the container I have while they hatch, cause I don't want to keep it closed incase they hatch and I don't know and suffocate! Can I keep them together for a while? And can I feed them anything else besides fruit flys and pin heads? If not what's best? I have a general plan to use a cloth mesh laundry basket as a big cage for all of them with usual sticks and leaves, with a plastic bucket that sits at the bottom for poop and a small bowl to put the food so it doesn't climb out.

My thumb is used to reference, from knuckle to tip is an inch, and eggs about the same.

What species? The incubation length varies depending on species quite a bit. You'll know they are close when you start to see the eggs cracking, once they begin sweating your within days. The babies will slit the egg then eventually crawl out and begin exploring, you can leave the container sealed the babies will be fine just want to check it everyday once they are close to term and remove them as they hatch. Communal raising is fine if that's your only option but I wouldn't keep them all together, once group size is over 4-5 it's very hard to tell who's doing ok and who may need more attention. If they are all together its much harder to pick out the problems and as they get to the 2-3 month mark they will start doing damage nipped tails and such.

There will be little droplets of water on the outside of the egg shell when they start to sweat signaling the start of hatching!
