Egg temps

I kept mine closer to 78 because I thought the higher the temp the more chance of males not too sure anymore. The temps should stay between 72-78 degrees not to exceed 80, but the real key I think is consistency what ever temp you choose try to keep it the same as much as possible. That's why I used an incubator. However if your temps stay within the range on a consistent basis like say in a closet you should be fine. Hope this was of some help.

They stay pretty constant so is that range okay?

When should I expect them to hatch? They were laid august 20th. And also I have 27 eggs and if the temps stay constant how many eggs should I expect to hatch

They take an average of around 7 months give or take a month if I remember right. That temp is a little low, but as long as you are sure it don't get any lower I think you might be okay. Can't say for sure really like I said I always kept mine at around 78. Good luck
