She is a bit on the thin side, she will need lots quality gutloaded feeders n calcium to produce her healthy eggs, hydrate her well as u can see in her eyes.

Gutloaded the dubia with collard n mustard green before u feed them to her, otherwise the roaches will just be some empty calories without any nutritions to her.
Shower.... of course, u have to watch her urates prefer in white,if the color is right, then test for the parasite with a fecal test, her eyes will show her health conditions.

That explains she is not drinking much....
Warm or cold water when u mist?
Why not spray around her on the leaves of a plant....so she can lick the drops after.
Some of the chams hated to be spray water directly.
Add some hornworms in her diet,it will help her.

When a cham's eyes show a bit sunken,it can leads to big problem.....worst scenario...,the kidney will be severely damaged so get her hydrated asap is a priority.

Actually it depends on if she is having regular stooling and what the urates look like with those. Most chams will pull their eye turrets in when pictures are taken.

I use Warm water, and I use calcium every other day and use the repti viteman once a week

Is your calcium with D3 or without? Supplements should be Calcium without D3 daily, Calcium with D3 twice a month and a multi vitamin twice a month. Having your supplements on point is vital especially with a female. Producing eggs and laying takes a lot out of them.

Take another head shot straight on from the tip of her mouth including showing her eyes ,just to see how the eyes sits.

Along with more positions of her eyes,so we can see how the eyes shows.

We honestly cant really tell you if she's ready to lay just by looking at her. In my opinion, no she is not far enough along. Usually most chams do best with pure sand or a sand and soil mixture. She will let you know when she is ready to lay, you just have to watch for signs. And give her space then
