Don't worry about asking dumb questions, we all have to start somewhere
Flexariums and reptariums seem to be very similar. Both are mesh and both are solidly constructed. If I were you, I'd worry more about price and size than which type to get. For a female veiled you'll want one at least 3 feet tall and 2 foot square.
The only things I would wonder about are 1) the way each opens and closes and 2) do both allow proper amounts of UVB through the top. I haven't owned either kind (I have an aluminum screen cage from LLLReptiles) so would anyone be able to chime in on those?
I have two exo terra flexariums, I used to house a male and a female veiled in each, they are quite flimsy. After not even a year the stitching near the zipper was catching every time i would close it up, and drainage is not really made for them, the mesh does not alow water to pass through very easily. I tried a dripper on top when i first got them and the water would just pool on the mesh. Also because of the tight mesh, i found i needed a lot of additional lighting to illuminate the cage to my liking (Which also contributes to less UV passing through the mesh, so if you do go that route i would suggest a 10.0 uvb light)
I have since switched to the LLL aluminum screen cages. And all round there a better enclosure in my opinion. Personally i think there better looking too. There sturdy. Easier to put together then the mesh ones!!! And the cages are made for setting up drainage, alot easier to drill a couple holes in the bottom then cut that mesh off and potentially ruin the cage.
I still have my flexariums which i use in the summer months when i take my chams outside. But that's about all I'd use them for now.
orrr you could spend way less thanyou would on the cage and get a buncha nice plants for her and let her freerange! check out mine, all three plants were 20 bucks each because i brought him to the plant store, and they thought he was so amazing they just had to give me a deal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7fYb9mX96A
