I did, I've read them 100 times and have them printed out :). I obsess over details for my animals

I got a baby male Amboili panther from Craig Wyatt.
You guys will be getting lots of pictures

You'll be good. I was a nervous wreck too lol I would check up on my guy every 2 minutes worried he'd die from something I did. I've found them to be some damn hardy animals when you do what you're supposed to with them. My two biggest issues with Chams, they somehow teleport to any place they are not supposed to be when you're not looking, and they can be finicky eaters. One minute they love something, next they won't touch it.

another thing id say is if youre going to feed crickets youll have to make sure to gutload them for a couple of days to make sure the grossness gets out of them. what i mean is if youre getting them from a pet store or something then they could bring parasites. unfortunately theyre readily available but the most risk of parasites due to their shoddy conditions, plus they stink. best way if you can is to breed them yourself and make sure to clean the bin regularly. only one of my chams will eat them so i make sure that they are super clean and cleaned out before he gets them. i mostly use superworms, silkworms, hornworms, and dubia roaches. superworms and dubia roaches can be gutloaded nicely and slks and horns come with chow that keeps them fed well. you can also regulate their growth by keeping them cool.

Well my 1st chameleon will be shipped out later this evening. I've taken off work tomorrow.

This evening I go pick up some 1/4" crickets and dubia from someone near me who raises there own feeders.

My temps and humidity seem on point

I hope I'm ready :)
So very exciting !!. Be sure to post pics . You will be wonderful !!.

I'm getting the feeders from a local insect breeder who breeds them for his own Reptiles and sells off the excess. I'm starting off with some crickets, dubia and a bean bettle culture

Right now it's a youngster and only eating 1/4" sized bugs. I'll start introducing superworms, silks and a few others when he gets a little bigger.

Which did you end up going with veiled or panther ? Where I get my bugs from is a local woman whom breeds her own as well . She has a farm along with reptiles .
