Exo Terra Multi Vitamin Powder

I have a question : I was told Chameleons only get the multi vitamin every two weeks or so. I have Calcium w/ D3 and recently purchased just Calcium without the D3 to give to him daily or every other day. I didn't want to over dose him on the D3 but I noticed in the Multi Vitamin it has D3 in it. Is that D3 in the multi vitamin supplement enough? Or should I still use the Calcium with the D3 as well?

Also what's your opinions on the "Spray" multi vitamin?

I have a Jackson whom is 3 months old and know those are easily to over dose and thought to ask.
