I was trying to get a drinky shot of Amy today for the photo contest, but the stubborn l'il girl was having none of it, lol! What I DID get though, was this cool video of her doing her 'eyeball maintenance'! Enjoy!

That is just cute. One of the reasons I spend so much time hand misting is watching the eye cleaning and the little tongue licking drops. A vid of the eye cleaning is a real "catch". Thanks, Tiff.

My veiled was doing this about an hour ago when I misted the enclosure, I thought something was wrong! Good to know it's normal lol

That's a very cool video! I thought there was something wrong when I first saw this behaviour, as well.

Now, I am hand misting Babu, at least, once a day ...of his many misting sessions.. so I can observe him cleaning and drinking. Even my non herpy husband watches the big boy!
