Fake Waterfall Inside Cage?

I would recommend not buying a waterfall because they are a breeding ground for bacteria and chameleons do not generally drink water like that.

I agree. Speaking from experience chams will use a fountain as a toilet more often than they drink from it. Crickets like to commit suicide by drowning.......so bacteria can build up frighteningly quickly. Even daily cleaning is often not enough....a powerful filter would be needed too. All in all it's just too impractical. A good dripper setup is more likely to stimulate drinking anyways :)

It can also cause your humidity to be too high on occasion. General not worth the hassle unless you have a cham that refuses to drink from any other source and you like to clean.

Would It be okay to buy one of those fake waterfalls to put inside my cham's cage?
One like this

Don't bother putting it inside the cage. They don't end up humidifying the cage all that well and your cham probably won't use it to drink (and you don't want them to). Something with a coarse surface like this will be impossible to keep clean. If you like the sight and sound of water just put a fountain on a table nearby. BTW, I like indoor fountains and have bought several over the years. Some are a lot better designed than others. This one will most likely splatter all over whatever you set it on and there will probably be water constantly running down the sides of the bowl too. Cheap pumps are not balanced very well so they will be LOUD and won't last very long. A good quality indoor fountain is going to cost a lot more and be worth it. All you really need to make a good fountain is a serious well balanced pump, any sort of container that holds water deep enough to cover the pump, and some rocks from the backyard.

My favorite fountain so far was made from a 18"x10" oval granite boulder with a large hollow drilled into the surface. Add a quality submersible aquarium pump covered with smooth rocks from the beach. The water sound varies depending on how you arrange the rocks so you can "tune" it quite a bit. A very heavy bowl muffles the sound of the pump. The thing weighs about 85 pounds but is fantastic to hear.
