Thanks so much Jann. This was actually the first time Ive gotten to witness a baby emerge from the egg. Ive hatched a bunch of clutches and Ive never had the correct timing to actually watch one come out. It was def a miracle and something Ive waited a long time to see.

That's awesome!! As excited as I am when I have hatching silks or crickets I can't imagine how excited I would be to see faly goodness coming out.

I know i gotta quit procrastinating and take some new shots of him. Maybe I can get home early enuff today and take him outside.

Oh yeah when I went home for lunch I checked on the eggs and 5 more had hatched!

Thanks Jared. This is my last clutch for a while. Cant believe the size of these neonates. They are huge compared to the first retained clutch. I didn thnk I'd get such a good hatch rate. But so far 100% hatch rate and only a few left to go and they all look viable....
