I used to work at a gourmet chocolate shop as a teenager, and for Halloween we made chocolate covered cream filled cookies in the shape of pumpkins and ghosts, oh god those were amazing. I haven't had one in seven years. OH and we also made our own candy corn, and even though that stuff is generally toxic, the candy corn we made was incredible. So probably both of those are my favorites. *drool*

I think they might be called buttercream pumpkins, I know exactly what you're talking about. Those are good too.
