Feeder Cricket Gutloading

Hello,
So my cham is 4 months old and he eats 8 crickets 5 days a week. I have noticed and learned that crickets need to be TOTALLY gutloaded to provide benifits to the cham. I feed my crickets either carrot or apple slices. I was wondering if i would buy a cricket gutload food from a petstore what brand is best. Also i was wondering if i even should feed the crickets this stuff from the petstore. I was wondering what vitimins i should be feeding him. I dust 8 crickets once a week with the ReptiCalcium. Is there anything i am not doing?

Feeding them fruits and vegetables is best. Feed them lots of greens like kale, dandelion, and all that other green stuff in the produce isle.

Do you just set it in the cage with them? Mine will only eat crickets because they move.
Ya, I just put it in there. I also put scraps in there like apple cores and that kind of stuff. Vegetables like kale I leave in there a while because I don't have a problem with it getting moldy, it just drys up. Fruit I usually take out the next day so the feeders are not exposed to any mold.
