Hi all,
I put my girl's crickets in a plastic bin near the bottom of her enclosure each morning before I leave for work. She's then on her own for about 12 hours, and it seems like she munches throughout the day. I gut load the crickets beforehand, but I don't put any food in the bin with them. I'd like to give them a piece of fruit or a slice of sweet potato to keep them loaded and to cut down on attrition, but I'm not sure if that will pose any sort of problem/choking hazzard for a nice-sized juvenile veiled.
