A nice juicy steak. You can get a good one at Ruth's Chris.
Edit: In the unlikely event you were referring to feeders for your chameleon, then I guess some of the "best" would be silkworms, dubia roaches, and hornworms. You can get all of those from Mulberry Farms and some of our other site sponsors.

A variety of feeders is the best way to go. Crickets, Roaches, Silkworms, Butterworms, hornworms, zophobas, moths, etc
