hi guys i just want to ask you something how often do you feed your chams? i it ok if i feed her every two days and once a week feed her crickets with calcium and once a month large meal worms?

depends on the age and the breed of chameleon you have..

she is 6 months old she is a female

A young cham should eat every day and as much as she will eat in 20 mins or so, and dust the insects with calcium without D3 every feeding, being a female she is going to need all the calcium she can get for when she starts forming eggs. feed her multivitamins and calcium with D3 twice a month each. meal worms should be considered a treat, once a week or so.
