Feeding Schedule :)

Hey Forum dwellers! I just ordered a 4 month old male Panther cham and have his cage set up. I just wanted to ask about his supplement schedule. I will dust his crickets with calcium w/o d3 at almost every feeding. I will dust them with d3 on the 15th and the 30th of the month and multivitamin on the 8th and 16th of the month. (I will give him 10-12 small crickets a day. Also, when should I feed him after I get him? Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I would feed him as soon as he will eat. Everything else sounds fine as well. Congratulations by the way.

Good luck with your cham ! be sure to give them calcium on their crickets at least once a week. The calcium thats with D3 use that once a month!

Gillie already had the supplementation correct. Giving calcium once a week just isn't enough. Calcium w/o d3 at every feeding, calcium +d3 eow and multivitamin eow to be given on alternating weeks. (Do not give d3 and multi vitamins on the same day)

It's also best to feed in the morning so they can hunt and bask for digestion throughout the day.
