Feeding super worms and wax worms

just wondering how many superworms should I feed my 3-4 month old Panther chameleon ?

Superworms are good feeders, but I would still only use them maybe 2-3 days of the week. Try keeping crickets and dubia for the more constant source and use the others to ensure variety. All Silkworms and Hornworms are good options for panthers. Waxworms are strictly treat feeders IMO. They are basically all fat and you don't want to use them on a daily basis. I may give mine waxworms every two to three months.

Thanks for the info I usually feed my chameleon crickets but occasionally I feed them superworms and waxworms.

You can look at this forum for variety of feeders for your little guy. It shows you how much of a percentage of that feeder should make up his diet.

Wax worms are quite high in fat content and is best used as the ocasional snack!
