Feeding time for female baby veiled!

Hi everyone I'm completely new to chameleons and this site.
Just wondering of anyone could give me some good advice about times to feed my female veiled chameleon.
I've read that early in morning and late at nights is best but not quite sure at all.
Need your help!

feed in the am if possible. Make sure you dont feed at night. you should give at least 3 hours before you turn their light off. They need this time and light to digest properly.

Yep- try to feed in the morning or midday. I usually feed my chameleon in the morning so he can bask and digest. But sometimes he is not hungry UNTIL he basks and warms up

Thanks guys great help.
A other thing aswell what's best to feed her as locus seem to be too big for her even the small ones we buy and she doesn't like mealworms so a bit stuck :/
