Hi Beman, sorry for my late reply its been a bit crazy. Attached is the solarmeter reading and yes he basks in this spot or close to it all the time.

Ok just wanted to double check. Correct UVI levels stimulate appetite. I guess I was hoping on the off chance that they were lower and that was causing the issue. But yours are perfect.
