Female Veiled Chameleon Eating Issue (Please help)

I have a female Veiled Chameleon that is about 6-7 months Old. Recently-she got mad at one of the objects in my room- and bit it. I don't know if this affected her mouth. But when she goes to eat- she chews on the meal worm but seems to spit out back out. To me it looks like it's too hard for her to eat. I can't open her mouth to see if anything is wrong with it. I will try though. I don't know if some of her teeth broke or anything. If you guys have anything- please comment it. I need all the help I can get. Thank you.

(The Object she bit was a *real* collectible alligator head.)
*It's dead though*

Welcome to the forums. Do you feed anything other than mealworms? From what I read they are hard and not the best feeder so I never use them. Is your girl able to use her tongue? I would recommend some soft feeders such as silkworms or hornworms to see if she can eat those. Also at the age of six months I recommend keeping a laying bin in her enclosure at all times. Females do lay eggs without a male even being around. I have a few links for you below. One on general care, one on female care and egg laying and the laying bin.

Yes she does use her tongue to eat. Hopefully this will work with the softer foods. And I will look into the laying bin. Thanks for the help!
