looks like a female jacksons. not as healthy as it could be and the color is wired. idk if its form the lighting or if its actually yellowish.
yea i thought maybe, but the coloring is very very strange.
Is this not a panther? Must be a Jackson's then..... I must have gotten confused. This was the mother of the "live " birth chams my friend had.
This is a Jackson's.
What species chameleons give live birth? ??
This is a Jackson's.
As a side note....
I know you said you were interested in the hoehnellis.
Right now, you cant get any from any of the site sponsors. and I have not seen any available there for a while.
NTM most of thsoe you do see, are wild caught, and thats a whole can of worms we all try to avoid. (only time anyone really on here messes with wild caughts is for breeding, to introduce new blood, or its a species they really really really want )
So, if things go well with your little girl, and you decide you want another chameleon.
Okiroo and I will have baby hoes at some point to sell.
My male is being bred to her female. and both of ours are captive bred from other forum members.
So if you want one, we can put you on our list.
and the males and females look the same, so you can get either, and sinc ethey are live bearers, theres no worry about eggs!
just a thought for ya.
Does this female look weird to you? maybe its just lighting.. but the coloring seems off.
Yes I would be interested in a hoehnellis. Not sure on the sex right now. Put me on your list! Only thing that concerns me is price and how soon it will be available. In Addition to that I need to see what environment they require. I came across another cham member here that has pis posted of there's with a screen cage and plastic siding inside the cage walls??? Totally kills the thought of an open screen cage.
Of course Mother and father pics would be nice to see!

Jackson's have a red phase. I've never seen a red male but I've seen red / reddish females. The lighting is also contributing.
Well the babies wont be available until end of summer probably early fall timeframe. they are not even being bred until this summer.
and you actually have pics in this thread of the mom and dad.
the male hoe in my post is the dad, and in okiroo's post, the first pic is the mom.
whcih member and what was he keepin in it?
and price would be roughyl 150-200 depending on gender. but that could change up or down. Plus shipping of course.
