Finally got my Parsons!

Lol- only you can pull this off - :D:ROFLMAO:(y) goof ball - lol

That is one thing I have learned not to indulge in goofing around with a highly sensitive species such as Calumma parsonii parsonii. They can take a turn for the worse faster than most commonly available chameleon species. This holds true especially for untreated wild caught Calumma parsonii parsonii. They used to be and still are known for going on hunger strikes just from a lack of variety of food much faster than other chameleon species.

I think it's pretty clear that this post was intended as a silly joke and not a commentary on the proper care of any living creature. No one here is advocating "goofing around" with the well being of any chameleon, much less a real Parsons. Maybe I'm reading the tone of your post not as you intended to come across, but I found it unessessarily rude here on what what obviously a moment of fun.

Lathis, I think you need to get some serious intensive, maybe even imbedded training immediately!!

Not sure, but you seemed to be playing along at first, but then very serious. Was there an edit I missed to bring this response? I totally agree with what you are saying, but not sure how it fits in this thread... at least the way I read it. It is sometimes difficult to "read" intentions in someones words, so this could be the case.

No No you don't not have to try to analyze or try to play me about Calumma parsonii spp. I mean business about that species and I am a huge fan of the Calumma genus. However I won't be attempting many jokes about them.

Phaha, I just woke up, didn't have my coffee yet, so thought to already start cheering up my day by watching some nice parson chameleon. Haha :D
