No not really again trim them as they get to big to the cage and they will be fine. Now if u planted the umbrella tree outside and left it there then yes it will get 15 ft or more. But as long as u trim it in the cage it will stay small.

As a newbie, I just checked the Dragon Strand website and they don't advertize anything except the ALL SCREEN models of both Breeder & Keeper enclosures? I did not see any mention of 3 solid side enclosures mentioned by Laurie above.

As a newbie, I just checked the Dragon Strand website and they don't advertize anything except the ALL SCREEN models of both Breeder & Keeper enclosures? I did not see any mention of 3 solid side enclosures mentioned by Laurie above.

The Breeder Series are the ones with the three solid sides. The Keeper Series are the all-screen cages. The link below makes it really easy to see them all and select with regard to the age of your chameleon.
