Still in progress of getting the rest of the equipment, but we got our plants yesterday. We are going to get some more smaller plants as well, but wanted to start out with these.

ReptiBreeze 2'x2'x4'
Basking light is a 75W in a mini-done
Reptisun 5.0 UVB
6500k Plant Light
2 of the plants are Umbrella Plants
The small one is a Dracaena
MistKing is on the way
Thermometers and Hygrometers are on the way

I know we still have to get the river rock and I think I want to get some more branches as well for climbing both up top and down lower. Do you like the Exo-Terra jungle vines or would you suggest something else? There are not many good trees to go get branches from around my place as it is mostly pine trees. I was thinking maybe some bamboo or just sticking with the jungle vines as they are more easily molded than bamboo.

Looking for comments and suggestions. We still have about 5 months before we get the chameleon so we have lots of time to make sure the environment is setup as perfect as can be.

Thanks,

Dave

I would defiantly suggest more pathways. I have exo terra jungle vines and I love them. They sell them in varying diameters which you should get to keep the flexibility of his/her little feet in check. I have heard that bamboo is great as well. Also make sure the plants are transplanted into organic soil if you haven't already. Other than that and the missing stuff you said was on the way, it looks perfect! Good job. ;)

Looks good. I would suggest some thin dowels as horizontal pathways. Cheap and easy to put in and my cham is always on them since I put them in.

As tge others said great start.looks like it'll be a good set up you will never have too many horizontal pathways.I like diagonals joining them too.also I love the flexible vines there great and if you can get to a beach its a goldmine for branches with driftwood and the like.which looks well too

Hows it going man, Just a suggestion but maybe change out that plastic tray you have your plant sitting on.. I had something similar in my cage... Those little legs/dips in the tray are a pain... They fill up with water after so many mistings... Crickets will climb in and drown.. Seemed like i was cleaning them every other day... I just changed mine out for terracotta flat trays... I'll Let you know how they work out...
