Had a chat to the vet he said that i should just start giving water and she she gets beter we will work on itView attachment 180455

Giving water is the first thing to do but her sleeping during the day is a different issue not related. she will need treatment. But for sure she will need to be Treated for worms if she is WC.

So do you have a veiled a gracillor and the WC flap? If so be sure to practice proper hygiene when working with each one and quarantine the WC flap from the others.
