Just another tip: if you can get flies that would be great.
My Flapneck loves them and as they are not very nutritious, you may offer them as a treat every second day or so in addition to normal feeding.
Make sure you get flies that can still fly, not those "Terflies", as those will make them hunt and climb through the whole cage in enthusiasm. Mine alway gets a very bright green around his eyes and in the neck when he hunts them.
