He eats two of those a day? Does he have the runs?
Nope his poops are excellent. I should be more detailed lol:

So.... the past maybe week and a half two weeks, he will eat UP to 2 of these a day. But usually he will eat one. And possibly go the next day eating nothing. He doesn't always eat 2 a day. In fact it's usually 1 of these and maybe a couple smaller crickets. Or some BSFL.

My veiled is so secretive with eating and drinking. And he eats a fraction of what the panthers eat. But all 3 are roughly the same size. It makes no sense. And to boot, they all get the same misting schedule but poop totally different. The veiled drinks less but has more urates. The nosey be poops every day and my albilobe poops once a week but they’re long and healthy looking. Perfect urates. Nothing makes sense.

Yeah that is strange! I guess different types just kind of react differently. Spikes poops have been slowing down since hes been eating bigger / less often. Which makes sense. It used to be every other day now its like once every few days or so.

I was feeding every other day when they hit 9 months but then I thought, if they’re not getting fat and poops look good, I can feed them as often as I want. So now I’m not on this rigid schedule. If Herbie wants a silk worm and two superworms and he is svelt, Herbie gets what Herbie wants.

Yeah I am personally letting Spike dictates what he eats. Because so far this entire time I've had him, I really haven't noticed any "over feeding". He WILL leave bugs behind after he's done eating. He does it every day.

I also offer him just a little more than I believe he will eat. I'd rather him eat 1 extra bug, than be 1 bug short. But I keep a real close eye on him. If it seems like he's getting over weight I'll offer less. But so far he really seems to do a good job managing his own food.

Now....if I can only teach him how to care for and feed his own bugs! :ROFLMAO:
